The cousins

Here is our best attempt at getting a picture with our Utah cousins. Hopefully it won't be too long before we see Owen and Olivia to make the picture complete!!!

We love summer!!!

We are so excited that summer is finally here. We look forward to lots and lots of swimming and playing in the sand (while mom plays beach vb :) )

By George I think she's got it!!

So Elina is finally riding a 2 wheeler without training wheels!! She asked Ryan for a couple days last week to take her training wheels off insisting she was ready to give it another go. Last time she refused to let anyone help her and yelled out in frustration when she couldn't figure it out by herself. So I asked if we could help her this time and she said "No mom, I watched how Hope rode her bike and I know how" and you know she was right!! She started off riding in circles on this flat driveway and now cruises up and down the hilly street and our own driveway. Nice work babe!!

8 weeks!!

8 weeks old, and we are surviving!!! Maija started smiling 3 weeks ago and literally lights up the room with her beautiful smile. I have been fighting her for 8 weeks to take some sort of binky and finally had about 5 min. of success last week. She is not totally convinced of it yet but I am not going to give up!!
